POWERFUL CHOICES WORKSHOPS
We offer professional development experiences ranging from two-hour sessions to week-long trainings. Activities can include interactive workshops, demonstration lessons, guided planning, classroom coaching, and visits to model classrooms.
Powerful Choices trainings focus on the practical application of principles proven by research to be effective. In our workshops, teachers collaborate to observe, read, reflect, discuss, role play and design lessons.
EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC CONSULTANTS
Founding partners Dana Bowden and Kate Garcia-Beaudet and their team bring decades of experience in Los Angeles-area elementary and middle school classrooms. Together they have trained teachers in public schools, charter schools, independent schools, and university credentialing programs.
